Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Welcome to Beauty Waxing & Laser Studios Pty Ltd. To provide you with the best possible service, please read our booking policy carefully before making an appointment. 1. Booking Deposit 1.1 A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. 1.2 The deposit is payable at the time of booking through our online booking system or over the phone. 2. Payment of Balance 2.1 The remaining balance of your service will be due in-store on the day of your appointment. 2.2 We accept various forms of payment in-store, including credit/debit cards and cash. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling 3.1 We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel or reschedule within this period, your deposit will be fully refundable. 3.2 Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit. 4. No-Show Policy 4.1 If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your $50 deposit will be forfeited as a no-show fee. 5. Late Arrivals 5.1 If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or the need to reschedule your appointment. 6. Refunds and Adjustments 6.1 The $50 deposit is refundable only if cancellations or rescheduling are made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. 6.2 If the appointment is canceled by Beauty Waxing & Laser Studios Pty Ltd for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit. 7.
